Lochside Gathering

This morning I had to go up to Rowardennan to discuss an imminent house-sit, so I took Minty with me and we stopped off at Milarrochy for a walk on the way back.

The cheery group of mixed ages gathered at the water's edge made me curious, but I'll never know why they were there. One of them called to the woman on the left to ask if she would take a group photo. 

Despite this week's heavy rain, the level of the loch is still very low. It was good to see all the yachts out on the water in today's respite from the poor weather.
