CRITTER

Here's a very small critter that caught my eye (just) today. I don't know what it is, probably some sort of beetly thing that lives on dead wood (judging by the evidence). In case you fancy something a bit more colourful, there's a lovely marigold as an extra, with a cheeky aphid lurking among its petals.

As you can see, we didn't have hot summer sunshine in these parts today.
