Saturday: California Lilacs

Apparently...........

K. and I ran a couple of errands on Main Street this morning, following which we took on the job of tackling some of the bamboo in the garden. That stuff really does grow like crazy - literally inches each day. It was pretty satisfying and the garden is looking a bit more in control now.

This bush, the California Lilac, attracts so many bees that it sometimes looks, and sounds, like it's alive.
