Cuckoo Spit

I spotted this in our garden and remembered  a news piece about a survey by Sussex(?) Uni, wanting details of sightings and locations. I thought, "Two birds, one stone, it'll do for my blip as well". When I tried to report the sighting I found that the site has temporarily closed. It's been inundated, not surprising really, I always get the impression that in summer we are almost awash with the stuff.
