They Needed A Lick Of Paint

A lovely morning with China, I was supposed to be going for a hack with Lucie and Big Gordon, but at the last minute they couldn’t make it so China and I went in the school instead. He was a really good boy and worked well. I am a bit disappointed that I won’t have a chance to get out dressaging this month but there’s just too many other things going on.

Due to a local 10k running race closing the roads back home, I took a detour through some villages that I don’t usually travel through and spotted these beautiful gates, it was obvious that they were not in use anymore and I liked that they needed a lick of paint.
