Wild roses

Today was another sunny warm one, perfect for our Sunday walk in Epping Forest.  As there were three of us (plus 2 canines)I didn't take my camera, just my mobile phone for shots.  At last the wild roses are blooming, so pretty and delicate.  I liked this shot of an iridescent pollen feeding beetle enjoying the flower.
In other news, thank you to all who sent good wishes for Tinkerbell.  There has been no change these last two days and we are just waiting for her test results, although that knowledge is highly unlikely to change the eventual outcome
