Eider Duck Family

It's been a windy day today - cold as well.   Dropped down to NB for a dentist appointment this morning in shirt sleeves which I regretted  as soon as got out the car.   Took P down for a haircut in the morning and took a few shots of the Bass from the harbour - I was trying long exposure but the wind resulted in too much camera shake.

Some welcome sunshine in the afternoon - watched gannets gathering nesting materials and got close up to eider chicks for the first time this year.
