TRADITION

On Boxing Day we always do the same thing, a tradition thats formed over the last eighteen years and thats only been broken twice due to us being away for the
festivities.
Lunch is taken up at the Sportsmans Arms at Wath in Nidderdale, one of our favourite eating places, following that we visit the 14th century chapel in Bewerly to say a prayer for those who we've lost over the years & finally visit Aunty Lille's grave on Greenhowe hill & lay flowers in remembrance, aunty loved flowers & taught my wife all she knows about the wild flowers & wildlife of the Dales.
The view is of the farm cottages in Bewerley Village.
