Eid Al Fitr

After a productive day at home, we ventured out in the evening to watch one lot of Eid fireworks. We decided on the Al Seef ones as there are several places to watch them from. We were on the opposite side of the Creek next to the Sheraton Hotel.

They started exactly on schedule at 9:30 and lasted about five minutes. We had a very good vantage point and I guess the thirty-minute wait was worth it. We are now getting to the stage where the night temperature is 38degC, so it was rather uncomfortable. I can't believe how fast this week is disappearing!
