Volunteer Week

We had a mega card making session with club members last week to present thank you cards to Volunteers this week. (It is Volunteers week)

Our volunteers are superb and we could not function without them. So here are Louisa and Colin looking at their cards.

Also here are Margaret and Barbara, two top notch musicians who entertained us today. Margaret has played all over the world supporting the likes of Placido Domingo and Pavarotti. She was also part of the orchestra that played the first recording of the score for Les Mis.   Margaret's violin was made by her father in 1972. So beautiful was her playing that I had to control my quivering bottom lip!
