Here we go again

Left Hereford at 8:30 am. Got to LHR at 11:15 am. Flight at 1:45 and it was delayed by 20 mins or so. We landed on time. Baggage conveyor belt broke down. We waited for an hour. Avis had a technical fault so we had to shuttle to the international terminal. We stood in a queue for 1hr 10mins. The queue behind us built up quickly and one customer service agent out of three decided to go his break. We got to our hotel a lot later than expected. My sister pointed out on WhatsApp that actually I spent more time in airports today than I did on the flight. Dinner was rubbish but the wine lovely. It’s been a funny old day. But we are here! Please forgive my lack of punctuation and grammar tonight!!
