This beautiful rose is now at it’s best.

I have been watching some of the D Day remembrance services on television.
Brought a tear to my eye, especially the unveiling of the new memorial, to be inscribed on 160 columns with 22,442 names of the servicemen and women who died there.
I hope future generations will also remember them.
