We went in opposite directions today, Annie had a work seminar in Cambridge whilst I (Chris) had a flying visit to Bristol and back. Busy days for both of us.

On my walk back to Temple Meads I often pass this bit of dereliction but usually it's in shadow so it had to be snapped today. Not sure if the bike outside belonged to a visitor. 

In the extras is one of the remaining InterCity 125 high speed trains. Many UK readers over the age of 40 will (I'm sure) have memories of these trains that have been running for over 40 years. They have sported multiple liveries over the years but are now finally in the process of being retired.
