Peppa Pig World

One of the main plans for the girls’ visit was a trip to Peppa Pig World in Hampshire. As it’s a two hour drive, we booked a hotel in the New Forest just a 15 minute drive away as otherwise it would be a very long day.

Our plan was to go to see the New Forest ponies today and visit Peppa Pig tomorrow, but the forecast was sunshine today and rain tomorrow so we swapped and went today instead.

It was great as with most schools not being on holiday, there were no queues for the rides so we went on most things. The highlight of the day was meeting Peppa and George and also when Rach won a huge George for Violet - she spent the rest of the day walking around, hugging him, and of course he had to come on the rides.

We stayed until the park closed and then drove to our hotel which is lovely and has a swimming pool which we’ll use in the morning. We went to an Indian restaurant in the village for dinner and then it was back to the hotel for an early night, which is when the fun started again as we’re all in one room with the girls in bunk beds, wish us luck!
