Design flaw

I had a frustrating day, as the lady who was due to visit this morning cancelled as she was too busy. I was cross as saw her posting on social media later in the day and it just didn’t sit well. So I decided to go to the V&A museum and found myself in the new members room ( see extra) Unfortunately the teapot , whilst aesthetically beautiful, wasn’t very practical, as when filled with tea, the handle was too hot to pour..
