Traveled a bit south today for my acupuncture appointment. I was able to go about a month and a half without any appointments, and then something really went wrong. So now I'm back to once a week, and I'm feeling better.

We've been having some incredible storms this week, and the waves were supposed to be a warning levels. I decided to stop by the beach real quick before heading home. The driftwood has completely covered the beach, which was beautiful. I should have brought an umbrella though, as I was drenched within a couple of minutes.
