Dogwood

It is the weekend of Stokesley Open Gardens in aid of Teesside Hospice. It has rained all day which is such a shame. Hopefully, like us, many people will have already purchased a programme even though they may not have ventured out today. We decided to visit 3 or possibly 5 of the gardens this afternoon and started at the garden of our photographic society's treasurer and his wife. They were offering prosecco in exchange for a donation to the hospice and it would have been rude not to have one. It was quite a large glass and about an hour later I ventured into their lovely garden for my blip! Then we went on to the garden of an ex member of the society and that was all we managed. Hopefully the weather will be better tomorrow and we might manage to visit a few more gardens.
