Another Find....!!

My African art......I brought this back from Kenya when I went to Nairobi to visit my friend (the girl who wrote the letters I blipped)....!
I bought this on a beach in Mombasa....the art work that was available was amazing and being sold so cheaply....
Unfair really considering the amount of work that goes into each individual carving...the intricacy of this is incredible..the 3 legs are carved from one single piece of wood...although the fold completely flat...then opens to hold the little dish.....which as you can see will do nicely to hold my favorite sweets of all...
