Ddydd Sadwrn gwnaethon ni gynnal arall o'n henciliadau 'cywasgedig'.  Mae'n ddiwrnod llawn lle rydyn ni'n ceisio cynnig profiad o bopeth ein bod ni'n gwneud - ymarfer, gyda chaneuon a distawrwydd, dysgeidiaethau neu astudio, gwaith crefft, seremonïau (gyda thân a bwyd), ac yn treulio amser cymdeithasol gyda'n gilydd.  Rydyn ni'n galw'r dyddiau hyn 'enciliadau espreso' oherwydd eu bod nhw'n fyr, cywasg a phwerus.  Gwnaeth Nor'dzin dysgu ar gadw meddwl llawen, ac, yn wir, roedd e'n ddiwrnod llawen.

On Saturday we held another of our 'compressed' retreats. It is a full day where we try to offer an experience everything we do - practice, with songs and silence, teachings or study, craft work, ceremonies (with fire and food), and spending social time with each other. We call these days 'espresso retreats' because they are short, compact and powerful. Nor'dzin taught on keeping a joyful mind, and, indeed, it was a joyful day.
