Tramore Beach

After heavy rain this morning it turned into a beautiful sunny day and I met up with Springlily, Michael and their two friends again and we went to Tramore Beach, another stunningly beautiful beach with soft white sand and those magnificent views.
As we went through the sand dunes we noticed the beautiful Bee Orchid, lots of other Orchids and wild flowers.    As we neared the end of the walk Michael noticed a Dragonfly which had just emerged from it's nymph, it was a privilege to see this.    I've included a couple of extras.
