Propping up the bar

We went out for lunch today for the husbands birthday.  The boys loved it, and had such fun sitting on the bar stools.  I'm very sure it's a scene that will be recreated in years to come. 

I was a little bah-humbug after lunch when we got the bill - and you get all 'could have cooked that for a fraction of the cost...' But it was lovely to go out! 

Pretty good day for all, we even managed to get some DIY jobs done around the house, and get the boys out on bikes.  I think it's a long old rode to get them cycling.  The eldest was pretty good and loved it, he was really proud of himself and had such a lovely smile on his face.
