A day in the life

Drying

My father used to say in his dialect about days like this, when it was windy and sunny and a bit cloudy, that it was good "torrevär", "dry weather" in English. Translating it into Swedish could mean that it was either dry weather or, that it was good weather for drying. He meant the later. It's been a good day for drying laundry so I've had a long day of washing clothes. To prove his point it took the machine much longer to wash the clothes than it took for the wind to dry it.

Apart from that, it's been a day of cutting grass, sitting in the sun, having the first strawberries of the year from my landlord, doing yoga and practicing the guitar a bit-

Tomorrow is a working day, next week is a working week. The next to last.
