Local lace

This week’s blips may be a series of tree/foliage images.

Mr B was frustrated as I stopped to capture every other tree on our walk back from the tennis club yesterday. (I had half an eye on the French Open, the other half on the Telegraph. I generally support the underdog, Mr B the favourite).

Was surprised when he then raptured about this horse chestnut blossom, as it’s not his want to express an interest in anything of beauty. He was spot on, it was exquisite.

So with the weather looking dismal, cold (had a blanket over the duvet last night), and downpours likely, I hope this blossom cheers blippers living in other ‘grey’ areas .
