Cream Tea and other good food.

Cream Tea Day!
Ruth took us all out for a mass birthday present - a great idea! We went to
Länsmansgården, in Lugnvik, a lovely setting with delicious food. Every first Sunday in the month they do this buffet of savoury and sweet goodies. Back to our house for cold drinks, with home-made cordial, sitting out in the sunny garden.
Later in the day, as Ruth and Rose left, Karin arrived after her day working at the County Museum. Her mother died a few days ago and funeral arrangements are under way - nothing is ever as simple as you would think.  We discussed late into the evening, eating dinner and then rhubarb from the garden.
Life is not always easy but hopefully good companions and good food nearly always seem to help a little!
