Friends D&L have joined us today, doing a bit of gardening-sharing to tackle some of the bigger, 'many-hands' jobs. We'll do the same for them later in the year.
The jobs were all around the Hundredth Acre Wood, a mix of clearing encroaching bindweed and ground elder, and thinning (somewhat aggressively) some of the cherry laurel. It's a lot lighter and fresher down there now, and there's much better sight of the bigger trees.
And a small mountain range, entirely comprised of laurel prunings.
