A Black Hole...

When a star has used up all of it's fuel it no longer has enough energy to sustain itself against the gravitational force of it's own mass. It then collapses in on itself compressing all it's mass towards a single central point that is so dense that it creates a gravity pull which not even light can escape from. A black hole.

I'm sure my car just about disappeared when it became a super dense gravity well due to 'going home' packing today.
