Busy Bees

It was't sunny today but at least we had no rain. No badminton either .. two of our quartet are away so L and I took the dogs to Pollok Park for a slow amble!

Lots of work being carried out in the gardens and on some of the stonework. No sun but it was still warm enough for the dozens of bees to swarm over these small alliums.

If you look very closely at the extra photo you can just see part of a tiny snail trying to hide at the stop of a stem.
