Weather

Torrential rain through the night meant that I had already planned to walk Bailey in one set of clothes and then change to head off to work. What I hadn't bargained for was the amount of flooded areas at work. Wet feet have lasted for the whole day and there has been very little sitting down. I'd hit 10 000 steps by half twelve which is definitely a record. 

I was pleased to get dry socks on once I did get home. And even more pleased that Bailey wasn't too bothered about having a walk this evening. A few trips out into the garden sufficed. The weather is supposed to continue in much the same vein for the rest of the week but there will be alternative footwear tomorrow.
