The concrete crew.......

Mr M and team turned up early doors ready to concrete the first slab of the silage pit floor. They ordered a stiffer mix because there was heavy rain forecast. However this meant it took a lot of extra shoveling. Gave them a hand, and now wish I hadn't. I think Mr M wishes he hadn't too as he is the same vintage as me, and we are both now walking like John Wayne !
The rain started soon after and has never let up since.
You can't beat a nice Scottish summer !
