Laxá - Salmon River

This is the waterfall (perhaps it should be called rapids?) that I took my first photo of in Iceland in 1977. I thought it was magnificent then, not so much any more, but it is still quite pretty.
We still wanted to find some snow, and went for a short drive, but it was hopeless, it was just cold and windy, it was a perfect day for staying at home and read, so that was what we did.
