‘Now That’s What I Call’ ... an odd 50th

Elbows was 50 today.

He liked his presents a lot, which is good.

The weather was not so good. Being so cold and grey, some plans needed to be scrapped.

I asked Elbows what he wanted to do instead. He wanted to go and support a good friend of over 30 years, at a press conference at the top of the Millbank Tower. So we went.

And then walked through the rain with former colleagues in rush hour.

So a strange day. So grateful that DougsJB was here and came to everything and that made it more special. And a take-away in the evening because Dot.T has another exam tomorrow.

Hopefully the gathering on Friday won’t be quite so strange a celebration.

History A level today, on Germany.
