Where there is a window, there is light

Took J down to Melrose Cathedral today, in search of the heart of Robert The Bruce. Bit of an anti-climax that was I thought. The bagpipe playing pig was much better! However, better than even that was that every niche along the south aisle was lit up this afternoon by the sun pouring through each window and imprinting its light on the east wall of the niche. It was stunning and beautiful to see.
