WHEELS IN THE SKY

In their infinite wisdom the planners of Boulevard Anspach who claim to be "Making Brussels Beautiful For You" appear to have been doing their utmost to muck it up first with those (extra) shabby palisades containing patches of rampant weeds & now they're treating us to hundreds of yellow bicycle wheels slung across the sky.
