Scenic route

Due to the floods forecast for the eastern half of the country we decided to take the scenic route south to see family for Xmas. It took a bit longer but the scenery was dramatic-Loch Ness, Ben Nevis, Glencoe, Loch Lomond and much more all on one (10.5 hour) drive. Although it rained much of the way there were no floods and the roads were very quiet.
