Tynemouth Front Street...

...and this gorgeous retro VW Camper made us smile...
The owner came out of the Co-op and happily chatted to us about his pride and joy - he and the camper are both 1959 vintage and ...he gets around... in it regularly. He said it's great when people take an interest as chatting about it is all part of the fun for him - and children particularly think the front looks like a face smiling at them ( that'd be us then... ). 
We particularly liked split windscreen that flips up ;)
