Saturday shearing....

All go today. Ian in with his shearing trailer to start on the hogs by 8am. By tonight they had managed 130 blackie hoggs, 180 x hoggs and 28 rams.
I spent the day packing wool while the others rolled fleeces and kept the sheep full up the race.
Mr M and team back in for a lorry load of concrete to lay at the silage shed so a bit of juggling required to keep sheep and wet concrete separate.
Mr L also in fixing roofs and cleaning gutters so a busy place today.
A trip down to the village hall tonight for Moorflix showing of the film Stan and Ollie, followed by chips and a showing of a real Laurel and Hardy film featuring a piano and a steep flight of steps. Laughed, a lot ,at the real thing ! Good clean fun .
