A Bit Battered

My favourite irises in the garden have suffered in the deluges we've been having. I will cut them down when things dry out.

I'm having a rather low-key day. For some reason I just couldn't get to sleep last night, and I was outside in the early hours - 4.15 am - taking pictures. After that I did get a few hours of shut-eye, but I've not really done much today apart from a bit of hand sewing and some knitting.  And I'll be retiring as soon as Gentleman Jack finishes.
