We drove to Bristol from the Airbnb, we decided there was so much we’d like to see and do we’d make another visit to fit it all in. At least we saw the SS Great Britain and drove over the Clifton Suspensions Bridge.

Next port of call was Weston Super Mare. We had a walk along the pier, played air hockey to get out of the rain, had a ride on the Ferris wheel.

We stopped for lunch at Brean Down. We had hoped to get a walk in but the rain kept us in the car. We’ve seen all colour skies today!

Plotting the route home we could pass Glastonbury so we stopped there for a look round. We didn’t go up the Tor with the weather being so changeable.

We also passed Stonehenge on the way back where I managed to get a reasonable photo from the car.

It’s been a really fun weekend, a lot of miles and some places to revisit.
