A day of thanks
I'm back in Lincolnshire and have realised a few thanks are in order.
Thanks... to my mate Kirky for allowing the time to stop on the way home from work to snap this shot. His missus is just a couple of weeks from giving birth and they've a lot to do. Appreciated.
Thanks.... to everyone who commented on my 2 year blip recently. I love blipping and it's lovely to see some 'old names' so to speak. Like myself most are now well into blip world and often cannot dedicate the time to commenting that I myself find difficult. It's been reassuring and will prompt me to comment whenever possible.
Thanks.... to my workmate Brian today. He's been a star on my first morning back and I appreciate it. He also revealed he regularly checks my blips despite not being a blipper himself. I like that.
Thanks..... to Fe and indeed the Bottrill family for my Christmas experience. I've had a cracking few days, a welcomed break from the routine.
Thanks.... to my Mum who surprised me on my return home with a copy of The Big Bang Theory series one, a christmas present that didn't quite make it in time for my departure.
Ah shucks why not thank me as well. After all I did take todays picture which I think is actually alright. I'm looking much more for leading lines such as the road here, some mid interest in the sheeps and trees and I'm trying to see the shot in thirds as well. So thank you me (from me) for trying to be better at the things I enjoy.
Oh yeah and thanks to Amazon / The Post Office for not delivering my CD's (Lars Fredricksen and The Bastards, Tim Armstongs 'Poets Life' and the first Rancid album) or my DVD's (Young Guns & Young Guns 2) in time for now. I'm sat on my arse in my lounge with a lot of pressing jobs and now thanks to those guys I have to stop procrastinating and get on with stuff.
So I'm going.
