Meal Prep

Meal prep lunch: chicken with southwestern seasoning, turnip greens, and roasted purple sweet potatoes. Sides: nuts and blueberries.

For weekday lunch, we usually do a sandwich with nuts and fruit. I have been wanting to get into meal prepping to replace sandwiches for a long time, and I’ve finally started.
