Bison Meatloaf
Bison meatloaf, harukei turnips, and salad. Wine: Château La Jorine Lussac St. Émilion 2014.
Tonight’s dinner was a happy accident. I had meant to thaw duck breasts for tonight, but I discovered I took a half pound of ground bison out of the freezer instead. I ended up improving what turned out to be a very good meatloaf.
