Apple juice

Survived enough to attend a quarterly meeting of our Area Conveners. A chunky agenda with lots of constructive discussion about practice and organisational developments; recruitment; learning and future planning.

I left the meeting room at one point to check on phone calls about my aunt - very poorly - and undermined the surprise celebratory drink to mark my award. Apple juice for those driving!
