Building Elements #154…...Building Surveys

So I've been wandering round with a notepad this morning making a list of essential building repairs.....it's getting distressingly long......

When I was still gainfully employed in the Dept of the Built Environment (though I'm pretty sure it's changed it's name at least twice since I retired ;-) ) at Northumbria Uni  a couple of the degree courses used to run a unit called 'Building Defects'.....they could have used my gaff as a live site visit......
