a day of cooking with the result that the fridge has lost its turkey!
friends are coming around tonight for turkey and ham cobbler followed by a chocolate roulade - 'though even this is using up 'left-overs' from the fridge as it contains a central core of chocolate ganache (left from my daughter's chocolates) whipped cream/yogurt with left over cranberries.
