We had a good day at school making stop motion films. We’re learning about castles so the children made up and mapped out their castle stories then began the painstaking process of taking a photo, moving the figures a tiny amount, taking a photo, moving the figures.... we discovered that you need about 50 frames to produce around 10 seconds of film so you have to be very patient.

D and the children are at Metallica tonight and I have choir practice. Our evenings couldn’t be more different.
