Sunrise Over Holburn Street.

Last night M and I caught up with an episode of The Harbour that we'd missed - the documentary based around Aberdeen. M was on it several times - how exciting!! They were following the RNLI on a training exercise, and there he was! Today, 4 people at his office asked for his autograph - I'm worried he'll run off with one of his groupies.

Nothing else exciting happened today really... Finished off with a Spanish-style chicken bake for tea, then a seat on the sofa. We started watching Grand Designs but by 9pm I was fast asleep under a blanket with M. He got up later and I could hear him pottering about, tuning his guitar and loading up the dishwasher, but I was too comfy to move!

Predictably, I then couldn't sleep for a while when we got to bed... Head whizzing with worky stuff and other things. Sometimes it's nice to lie quietly and listen to the house breathe and groan though, like a living thing. I can see one of Aberdeen Airport's busiest flight paths from the bedroom window too... It's lovely - too far away to hear the noise, but still close enough to see the twinkling lights every 10 minutes or so.
