Me and Al watching Modern Family.

Went to see Life of Pi today. Al was pretty bored with it and though Betsy didn't say much I don't think she'll be asking for the DVD any time soon. My mum came with us and though I don't think it's really the best film to watch after losing a beloved pet, she said she enjoyed it. I'm still making my mind up. It's certainly beautiful to look at but I'm not sure about the rest yet.

Finished the book Miss Peregrines School for Peculiar Children this evening. I absolutely loved it! It's a strange and spooky story accompanied by lots of creepy original vintage photographs. I have found it so affecting that I actually dreamed about it last night.
