Cat Companion

I'm quite used to seeing street people with dogs, but it's unusual to see a cat tied up to a shopping cart. This little guy is about 4 months old.

They were in front of our grocery store on Hawthorne, so this becomes another One Street entry. I wish ease and health for her and her person.
