Road Trip Day 2

Up and out, - beautiful drive on a sunny morning along country roads. Apart from a tiny bit of M27 we got all the way to Bath and then basically Coventry without the bother of any motorways. Yesterday was a pain, this morning it was lovely.

And where Bath University was like a town, Warwick uni was like a sprawling metropolis. Daisy was not a huge fan, Bath remains No 1.

Our journey home included drive through Starbucks, KFC for lunch (I need a week of just vegetables) and Daisy’s first drive in a motorway. It’s been a great couple of days, have loved spending time with my girl.

Got home, gathered up Rosie and went for a glorious swim in the sea. Just the ticket.
