Isle of Wight

Our day trip to the Isle of Wight was disappointing and we didn't stay long. It wasn't butterfly weather at all but we did see plenty of wildflowers and an adder.  I didn't want to go anywhere near the adder  - tis enough that I have been bitten to pieces by insects. 

I am disappointed that this image of the bee orchid isn't sharp but I was becoming at bit worried about crawling about in the grass and couldn't concentrate.
